THE PHUKET ESTATE

Our Phuket Estate is located in Phuket on the West Coast, north of Patong. It is owned by Gerry Grimstone and Orawan Tejapaibul. It comprises  one main house and two guest houses.  The two guest houses each have two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a sitting room, and a small kitchen and are air-conditioned. They both have satellite TVs and telephones with international access.

There is a swimming pool and a landscaped garden overlooking the sea. There are two resident Thai staff who look after general maintenance and service the three houses.

The Estate is approximately 45 minutes from Phuket Airport and 10 minutes  by car from Patong.  Arrangements can be made for car hire or for visitors to be met at the airport.

The houses are fully equipped with all necessary linen and towels being provided.
